The final touches are being added to a new black A320 aircraft commissioned by Air New Zealand, and the plane is expected to be in the air over New Zealand next month.
A time-lapse video shot at Airbus' manufacturing facility in Toulouse, France, shows the aircraft being built and painted. (Watch the video below)
The black livery, which features a silver fern motif and the words "crazy about rugby" has been created to mark Air New Zealand's sponsorship of the All Blacks.
The craft has recently flown to Hamburg, Germany, where the interior fit-out will be completed. The interior design will mirror the new colour-scheme and includes LED mood lighting throughout the cabin.
The interior will take approximately three weeks to complete. The plane will then make its way to New Zealand, via Canada, the US and Samoa.
Air New Zealand has ordered 14 of the 171-seat aircrafts which will begin to be introduced into the airline's fleet from early February.
